She carries out participatory action research and facilitates a new thought process that leads to the evolution of visionary leadership. As a result, there is improved income and health of women and children in the villages where they work. Support of the Epicenter Manager enables her to live, love, and mobilize hundreds of local people in rural communities.

A trained graduate, she leads rural communities in sustainable agricultural and rural development practices. She becomes an agent of change in the most remote villages.

A girl spends a year at URDT Girls’ School, where she thrives in a safe academic environment. It provides tuition, room, and board for a full year. Her education positively impacts hundreds in the community, as her family becomes a role model for economic development. Through URDT’s two-generation approach, she shares her skills at home, implementing projects like income-generating gardens and improved sanitation, making her education highly valued and her an asset.

A young man enrolls in a program at the URDT Vocational Institute, where he explores a variety of trades, builds his entrepreneurial skills and decides to specialize in masonry. He uses these new skills to bring sanitation infrastructure to his community, starts his own business and stimulates the local economy. He becomes an advocate for education in his local community.
