Why Donate to the African
Food and Peace Foundation?

AFPF supports Innovative Grass Roots Development and Rural Transformation in Uganda.

Since 1981, we have partnered with an indigenous, non-sectarian, Ugandan non-profit to educate and empower girls, women and unemployed youth. In a world where every small action can lead to significant change, the power of donating and volunteering can make a substantial impact.

"It is the most exciting thing to be allowed to go to school finally."

Stuart Cohen, New Mexico - Long time supporter

"....Any donation I make to AFPF changes more lives than any domestic charity could. I envision a future with a network of rural universities inspired by URDT's model throughout the developing world."
